Payment Methods

What payment methods do you accept for online purchases?
  • For orders without firearms or ammunition: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, Coureur des Bois gift cards, and PayPal.
  • For orders containing firearms, ammunition, or crossbows: only credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) are accepted.

Order Delivery

What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered?

If you have not received your order, contact our customer service at info@boutiquecoureurdesbois.ca. Our team will assist you promptly.

How long does it take to deliver an order?
  • Online orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase, except for orders containing firearms.
  • Once shipped, delivery takes 2 to 10 business days, depending on your address and item availability.

Do you ship across Canada or internationally?
  • We ship across Canada but do not deliver to P.O. boxes.
  • International orders will be canceled.
What are the shipping fees for online orders?
  • Free shipping for orders of $75 or more before taxes (excluding gift cards).
  • Orders under $75: $10 + taxes.
  • Gift cards: $2.95 + taxes.
What are the additional fees for oversized items?

Certain items may incur extra fees of at least $25 + taxes. These fees will be confirmed before your order is shipped.

Order Tracking

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier to track your package in real-time.

Promo Codes

Where do I enter a promo code?
  • In the “Summary” section of your cart, enter your code in the “Apply a discount code” box.
  • Click “Apply,” and the discount will be deducted from the subtotal.
Why isn’t my promo code working?
  • Check that the code is valid and not expired.
  • Ensure your cart items meet the promotion’s conditions and are not excluded.
  • Review the terms and conditions of the code.
  • Only one code can be applied per order.

Returns and Refunds

Can I return an item purchased online?
  • Returns are allowed only for defective products, within 14 days of receipt.
  • Returns must be authorized by our team, and return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
How do I proceed with a return or exchange?
  • In-store: Free returns or exchanges within 30 days with the order receipt, original packaging, and unused items.
  • By mail: Return within 30 days; shipping fees apply.
How and when will the refund be issued?
  • Refunds are issued via the same payment method used for the purchase:
    • In-store: Immediate refund if the item is intact.
    • By mail: Refund within 7 business days of receiving the item.
  • Purchases made with a gift card will be refunded as a new credit.
Can I return a final sale item?

Items with discounts of 50% or more are final sale. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted.

Order Cancellation

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
  • You can cancel your order free of charge if it hasn’t been shipped yet.

  • If the package has already been shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process.
