Return Policy

Online purchases can only be returned in case of a defect requiring a return, within a maximum of 14 days from the receipt of the package. Additionally, any return must be authorized by a staff member. It is important to note that the store is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Each firearm delivery requires a signature upon receipt. If no one is available at the time of delivery, a notice will be left indicating where the package can be retrieved.

Ammunition Shipment:

All transactions involving ammunition are final.

Ammunition is classified as hazardous material and is not eligible for free shipping.

Ammunition is shipped with a signature requirement and cannot be included in a shipment containing a firearm.

Due to air transport restrictions, all ammunition deliveries must be made by ground shipping.
